Bhopalyachi Bhaji: A Spiced Pumpkin Delight

Ingredients:

2 cups diced pumpkin
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil

Instructions:

Add diced pumpkin, salt, and a little water. Cover and cook until the pumpkin is tender.
