Almond and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/4 cup almonds (soaked overnight)
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed
1 ripe banana
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon honey (optional, for sweetness)
Instructions:

Soak Almonds:

Place the almonds in a bowl and cover them with water.
Allow the almonds to soak overnight or for at least 6-8 hours. This helps in softening them and makes them easier to blend.
Prepare Ingredients:

Drain the soaked almonds and rinse them under cold water.
Peel the skin off the almonds. The skin should come off easily after soaking.
Slice the banana into smaller chunks.
Blending:

In a blender, combine the soaked and peeled almonds, fresh spinach leaves, banana chunks, and almond milk.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, you can add honey at this stage.
Blend Until Smooth:

Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. This might take a couple of minutes.
Adjust Consistency:

If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk, a little at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.
Taste and Adjust:
