4 cups grated carrots
3 cups full-fat milk

Instructions: Heat ghee in a pan, add grated carrots, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add milk and cook on medium heat until the carrots are soft and the milk evaporates.
Add sugar and continue cooking until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder, mix well, and garnish with chopped nuts.
