Masoor Soup

Ingredients:
1 cup red lentils
1 carrot, diced
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Boil lentils with diced carrots until soft.
In a separate pan, sauté onions, add tomatoes, cumin, coriander powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix the lentils and veggies, simmer for 10 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
