Physical Benefits of Yoga Practice

Practice of Asanas or postures can imapct us in fairly obvious ways. 1st of all they make us more sensitive to our bodies. We can come to know about where we are strong and where we are weak. Even it  will show us where we are flexible and where there is little or no movement. As we work with the asanas , we built our strength and we identify and release the physical blockages that ristrict our movement. 

Due to Asanas our blood is cleansed and begins ciculating in the body more effeciently , bringing more oxygen and nutrients to all the tissues. The internal organs are lightly massaged and stimulated and the bodies metabolism is increased and digestion improved. Even glandular activity can be affected by yoga. These eefects can have a profound impact on how practitioners feel. After beginning yoga , many people say that they have more energy than before. Even yoga is so calming to the nervous system that people practicing yoga feel more relaxed and at ease in their bodies.
