2 cups boiled and cubed sweet potatoes
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
Chopped coriander leaves
Tamarind chutney
Chaat masala
Sev (crispy chickpea noodles), papadi, Dalimb carnels for garanish
Instructions: Mix boiled sweet potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and coriander leaves in a bowl.
Add tamarind chutney and sprinkle chaat masala. Mix well.
Garnish with sev before serving.
