Vitamin C-Rich Salad

Ingredients:

Oranges: 2, peeled and segmented
Strawberries: 1 cup, sliced
Kiwi: 2, peeled and sliced
Cucumber: 1, sliced
Fresh Mint Leaves: a handful
Lemon Juice: 2 tablespoons
Honey: 1 tablespoon (optional)
Chat Masala: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the orange segments, sliced strawberries, kiwi slices, cucumber slices, and fresh mint leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and honey.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Sprinkle chat masala over the salad for an extra burst of flavor (optional).
Serve chilled.
